The boat dock offers over 85 feet of 6' draft deep water dockage access to the ocean or Gulf of Mexico.

The grounds are tropically landscaped and pool area is perfect for lounging in the shade or soaking up the sun.

There is a dining table in the screened porch that overlooks the canal that is perfect for a nice dinner outdoors and BarBQue.
