2 bedrooms and 2 bath in the main house. One bedroom with a king and the second with a queen. This home then has a screened breezeway that leads to the 1 bedroom 1 bath in the guest house. Guest house is on the same level as the main living areas. Guest house has bath and 2 queen size beds and a crib.

There is a large screened in porch that is easy access to the Large pool with a shallow area for small children. Large tiki hut and large screened in porch with domino table and ping pong table right off the pool area.

This home has a 75 foot dock for a boat up to a 3 foot draft. With a couple of Jet Ski dry docks for your use. The canals of Duck key are Flow through, therefore the canal is great for fishing right off the dock. Immediate access by boat to the ocean or bay.

The home is Walking distance to Hawks Cay Resort. Where there are two public restaurants, two bars, dolphin encounters, parasailing, scuba diving at Tilden's, Sunset Cruise boat, jet ski rentals. A true resort. Two driveways for parking boat trailers and cars.
