Enjoy this beautiful split level home in the heart of the Florida Keys. This unique property can sleep up to 16 guests in 7 bedrooms. Two families can enjoy privacy with a split floor plan.

Relax in the open concept kitchen/living area. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry. The living area has ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The second level has its own living room with a flat screen TV and sectional couch plus a bar area with wine cooler.

On the main level, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room and three bedrooms plus a hall bathroom. The first bedroom will be one of the master suites with a king bed and large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom will have a queen bed while the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with trundle (twin on top, full on bottom and then twin trundle you pull out). The guest bathroom features a shower.

On the second level you will find a second living room, mini bar area and four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first & second bedrooms will be master suites wtih a king bed and large en suite bathroom. The third bedroom will have two sets of twin bunk bed trundles. Then the fourth bedroom has another pyramid bunk bed with trundle (twin on top, full on bottom and then twin trundle you pull out). 

The outdoor area of this home features an outdoor living room with ample seating and a flat screen TV. There is a new 33’ swimming pool and 8’ hot tub (no bubbles), pool heat is included in the rental. There is a bait freezer, fish cleaning station, ice machine, extra refrigerator and propane grill. This home boast 65ft of dockage for your many toys or your really big toy! There is plenty of trailer & vehicle parking.
