Our unbeatable location is like the center of a wagon wheel, with the beach, the harbor, activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, train station, State Street, The Funk Zone (hot new local favorite) and cafes stretching out in all directions. No need for a car when you stay at one of our units, everything is a short walk or bike ride away!

Stroll to the beach with a wagon full of everything needed for a restful (or sandcastle building) day on our beautiful coast and return in the afternoon for games with family and friends while cooking dinner in a well-appointed kitchen. Every amenity has been well thought out and is provided to all of our guests to ensure a wonderful dining experience whether it's a dinner in with family or a few friends have stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Every attention to detail has been made on your behalf. Remember, we never post on craigslist so if you are seeing it there make sure you are careful not to book.
After a day of fun in the sun or sightseeing in our gorgeous town, spoil yourself with luxury in the living room and enjoy a great movie with a brand new 66 inch flat screen HDTV. Need more relaxing? Take a nap in one of the two most delightful bedrooms with brand new furnishings and mattresses.
Professionally interior designed to capture the uniqueness of this design, this property is filled with Santa Barbara local treasures with quality bedding and linens. This property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time...there truly can be “two masters” in this beach villa. We provide off street parking for 1 vehicle.
All linens, cookware, beach gear and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. Just pack your bathing suit and let us do the rest… we care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon!
Inquire about requirements for lease terms as some of our properties require 30 night minimum stays.

Cancellation Policy:
1. For reservations that are STAYS OF LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS (Rentals that are nightly or weekly and less than 30 nights)
*If your Arrival Date is 60 days or more from the date of cancelling, then cancellation fee is the loss of your first payment which represents 30% of the reservation amount. If applicable, separate security deposit payments (if collected) are refundable.
*If your Arrival Date is less than 60 days from the arrival date, guests forfeit the total reservation amount paid to date, less the Cleaning Fee and Damage Waiver (if applicable). Cancellation or early departure does NOT warrant any refund of rental amounts paid. No future credit or refund will be given for ANY shortened stay or late arrival.
2. For reservations that are STAYS OF 30 NIGHTS OR MORE (Monthly Rentals)
*If your Arrival Date is 90 days or more from the date of cancelling, then cancellation fee is the loss of your first payment which represents 30% of the reservation amount. If applicable, separate security deposit payments (if collected) are refundable.
*If your Arrival Date is less than 90 days from the arrival date, guests forfeit the total reservation amount paid to date including the 30% security deposit on file (if collected), less the Cleaning Fee and Damage Waiver (if collected). Cancellation or early departure does NOT warrant any refund of rental amounts paid. No future credit or refund will be given for ANY shortened stay or late arrival.
Cancellations due to NATURAL DISASTERS, LOCAL/NATIONAL EMERGENCIES, ACTS OF GOD or HEALTH RELATED REASONS
The above policies listed in #1 and #2 above remain in effect UNLESS the city issues an evacuation order during your stay or scheduled stay. In these cases where the city has issued such an evacuation order, you will be allowed to move your reservation to another date within the year and apply any payments made towards this new reservation. Owner and Haller Coastal Homes make no guarantees your desired dates will be available and other dates may need to be selected to accomodate this new reservation. Guests that have already checked into a property and are requesting a refund due to an evacuation order, may apply any unused rental rate towards a future reservation when property is available. NO REFUNDS will be given for any late arrival or shortened stay. While weather changes and local/national emergencies/Acts of God, can happen that may affect/impact your stay, the owners of these properties and Haller Coastal Homes do not have control over the degree of impact, make no representations or warranties, and are not liable for events beyond their control. We recommend purchasing Travel/Trip insurance and a "Cancel for any Reason" policy to ensure peace of mind in the event of any unexpected cancellation or local/national disaster, act of God that may impact your stay. Additionally, cancellations due to health related or other personal reasons are subject to time frames and policies listed above in #1 and #2. We apologize but guests agree by way of this rental agreement that they are renting someone's home, not a hotel and cancellation policies are VERY STRICT as mentioned above. The only way to potentially protect your investment is by purchasing trip insurance that covers these events.
Trip/Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended: Such insurance is available during your booking process or within 24 hours of booking through Rental Guardian and other numerous other carriers online. Guests need to verify the coverage plans offered prior to purchase as Property Owners/Haller Coastal Homes are not knowledgeable of these different policies and what each may/may not cover in all circumstances.
