DURING SUMMER THE RENTAL IS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY. A GUEST FEE WILL NOT BE CHARGED DURING WEEKLY RENTALS. THE WEBSITE DOESN'T ALLOW TO HAVE DIFFERENT FEES FOR DIFFERENT SEASONS. I WILL CORRECT THE AMOUNT PRIOR TO RENTAL SO YOU PAY THE CORRECT AMOUNT. This single family home is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen and located in the popular Canal neighborhood. It is on the bay side and is a short walk to the beach and to downtown! Everything is closeby. Park your car and enjoy. Bring your bicycles. Nice quiet neighborhood. House includes a parking pass but you won't need it! Our closest beach is on Oceanview Parkway near Addie Sea with a parking lot and drop off area if you don't want to walk or bike ride with all your stuff. (about 3 city blocks, and same to downtown Bethany with restaurants, stores.) This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with large driveway, even room for a boat and still a few cars. Nice yard for the children to play, deck with grill and dining area, great for relaxing. Game room in the large garage with ping pong, air hockey, cornhole. A great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Sleeps 6. Each bedroom has a television and one in the living room. Second and third bedrooms can be made into a king bed or two twins. Cable and high speed Internet. Great Outside Shower! Take the kids to the canal to crab or put in your kayaks. The place for your perfect vacation!
