Do you like to swim? Perfect! We have a 10,000 gallon, heated, play pool with a basketball hoop. Dunk on that! (pool heating optional @ $50 per night)

Do you like to watch the kids play while you take a sip of your favorite Strawberry Margarita? Perfect; we have a complete playground on site including 3 swings, rock climbing and it is just FUN!

Do you like to play basketball? Perfect; we have a full half court regulation-sized basketball court right in the backyard. Play a little one- on-one or grab Grandma and have her become the point guard to your 5 on 5 team. This basketball set up comes with an adjustable hoop if you need to lower it for the young ones. This isn't a cheesy portable backboard; this is the real deal sports court for all night fun with lighting for late night free throws.

Do you like to lounge around and watch TV? Great! All of the bedrooms are fixed with flat screen TVs with DirectTV. Also some of the TVs are smart TVs so if you want to watch some Netflix have at it!

Wifi is strong and very reliable! 120 Gigabits per second fast. Fast like a Nascar.

Plenty of onsite parking! Up to 5 vehicles (plus more on the street).

The property sits on over 1/3 of a private acre and backs up to huge pines for absolute seclusion from the neighbors.

Bedroom 3: King Bed, 20x15, and a sofa sleeper -huge suite!

Bedroom 5: King bed, huge room! This room is adjoining with room 4.
