This condo is sure to please the whole family while on vacation. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit is found on the second floor in Heritage Crossing. When you enter this condo you'll be greeted with welcoming decor.

The living area has a great plush sectional sofa with plentiful pillows to make sure you're comfortable while you're lounging after the day's adventures. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV will be a great source of entertainment if you want to stay current on your favorite shows when you're not home. Have your meals whether they be cooked by you or take out around the breakfast bar with seating for 4. There are double French doors that open up to a private balcony with great views and a table with seats for 4 for you to enjoy a refreshing drink while contemplating what you've got planned for the next day.

Get a good night's sleep in the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 full-sized beds and neutral decor that'll satisfy everyone's tastes.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
