This cabin has it all. Entertain anyone in your group, ages 4 to 94, puppies, kids, teenagers, parents and grandparents alike. From river views to indoor and outdoor games, hot tub and fireplace, get ready for an amazing mountain vacation.
Take a walk down my path to your own private spot on the river. The path is winding, but so worth it when you get to the beautiful flowing waters of the trout stocked river.
Wander down to have a picnic where you can enjoy tubing, s'mores on the fire pit, fishing for rainbow trout, a game of horseshoes or lounging in the hammock. Afterwards, take your loved one, or your dog (Who's also your loved one) on a peaceful riverfront walk that winds in both directions.
If the path down to the river isn't for you, enjoy the easily accessible firepit directly behind the house off the driveway, while still being tucked away within the trees to enjoy the nice breeze and watch the deer wander by. Lounge in the hammock, sit in one of the porch swings or recline in the Adirondack chairs. While there, cook up some grub on the coal grill and play some rounds of corn hole or the NEW "BUCKETS and BEAN BAG" toss game! There are plenty of sunny and shady spots, whichever you prefer. Take in the day listening to the sounds of the river below. Be sure to come back at night to enjoy the epic star and moon gazing. These amazing views are especially visible from this remote hideaway where they are free from the effects of city and street lights. This is a star gazers dream location. You can witness unobstructed views of eclipses, constellations, full moons and shooting stars which will leave you mesmerized.
If you'd rather stay with the creature comforts of home, you'll find plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out and relax. With balconies located on each level and a beautiful sunroom, everyone can find a spot to take in the stunning mountain and river views while listening to the river and birds chirping. Enjoy a cup of coffee outside in the mornings and you'll likely spot the deer as they go by or see the geese flying past. On the front porch play a round of giant jenga with rocking and Adirondack chairs and a porch swing. Highspeed internet will allow streaming of several devices at once possible anywhere in the house.
Or head up to the loft for games galore! Countless board games, chess, cards, arcade quality air hockey table, foosball and nerf gun shooting range which has proven to be a huge hit with kids and adults alike.
Head to the lower level for darts, billiards or old school gaming fun with Atari and nintendo. Plus a unbelievable cartoon and Disney VHS selection for the little ones or a roku to stream free channels or subscription apps. Take a peak in the crafting trunk to find coloring books, crayons, markers and paints for those rainy, lazy days. You can even leave a contribution to the art wall. Tape it up for others to enjoy! Make you mark and paint a rock to leave behind and see again on your next visit.
Venture out the doors to the outside deck for river views while grilling on the gas grill or lounging in the hot tub. Throw on the disco lights for nighttime fun.
Rippling Waters wants your furry family friends to enjoy their stay as well. Secured locking gate on the large front porch, decks off the bedrooms and gate on lower deck allows your dog to enjoy every level without fear if your pup is a Houdini, runaway escape artist like mine is. If your dog needs a game to enjoy as well, let him try out "Billy's run." It is a 150 ft line running just outside the firepit area. It keeps your furry friend safe and secure while giving him (or her) a fun stretch to explore, run and play fetch, leaving him tired and content. It's also highly entertaining to watch. Although the cabin has everything your group could need to entertain yourselves and have fun, there is the added bonus of complimentary access to resort amenities including a gym, 3 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, rec center & game room, picnic areas with grills & a stocked trout pond.

1 King bed with stunning private river view, Large screen TV with cable and DVD and an attached master bath with jetted spa tub.
Main level bedroom has a Queen bed with private river view deck, Separate bathroom on same level.
Main level also includes queen pull out couch and trundle bed in sun room with two twin mattresses.
Lower level bedroom off game room has full size bed and attached private bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Game room has full size futon sleeper sofa.
Whether you come in the Summer for the tubing, whitewater rafting or Ziplining; Fall for Applefest, stunning changing of the leaves or outdoor music within the community; Spring for the flowers, wineries and fishing or Winter for Hot Tub, Snow and fireplace, there's something to offer all year long. Deer wander through the property year round- Free of charge ;-)

The fee is per pet, so please indicate number of pets when booking for accurate deposit and adjustment if necessary.
