Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control.
Inside the garage is a stackable, frontloading, brand new Washer & Dryer.
You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure.
You may enter the guest house securely from the garage, or your visitors can enter from the sidewalk.

About the neighbourhood
A quiet residential neighborhood, only 8 blocks to Main Street with its trendy restaurants, cafes and boutiques. We are also 10 blocks to the beach with its 22 Mike bike/walk path. We also a short walk to Downtown Santa Monica with its famous Pier and Third Street Promenade. In the other direction, we also about a mile to Venice Beach including the Venice Boardwalk and the popular Abbot Kinney known for its Bohemian vibe.
Getting around
Walking is easy and we are a block away from bike rentals and buses. However, since Los Angeles is so vast, a car is recommended.
