It provides natural privacy with great views of the sea and only 80m walking distance from the beach of St. Spyridon. A modern and stylish property, built within a fine manicured ,spacious private garden full of orange blossom and citrus trees, and an outdoor 60 sq.m. pool, sun beds and garden furniture along with private parking.
For those who don’t feel like staying inside and not eating out either, there are 2 fully equipped covered BBQ areas with al fresco dinning facilities.
Nevertheless , indoors are welcoming and spacious with elegant furniture. Entering you will find a spacious living room with a 55” flat screen cable TV and a functional fireplace to cozy up, the space during the winter.
You can grab a bite or have a feast in the dining room of 10 where you have a direct view to the beautiful garden and the mesmerizing Ionian sea.
The villa compromises 5 en suite bedrooms ,sleeping up to 12.
2 Bedrooms en suite on the ground floor, 1 Master Bedroom with King size bed, a 32” TV and en suite Bathroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds plus its own WC and Shower. Moving up to the next floor, you have another Master Bedroom with the same features as above plus 2 Bedrooms with twin beds and each with its own Shower and WC.
All bedrooms offer their own private balcony-terrace and outdoor furniture welcoming one for a glass of wine watching the sunset.
Enjoy Some stunning sea views from the top floor balconies while walking distance to the beach of ST. Spyridon is only 80 mts.

St Spyridon view villa is situated in perithia, some 40 min drive from Corfu town and 5 min drive from Acharavi or Kassiopi where one can find big shops, super markets and night life.
Perithia is a locals village, holds a few shops and nearby(walking distance) the house you can find 3 bars, 2 restaurants and a couple of shops.
There are also (besides our own ,two isolated beaches) three beaches within 300 mts with sand and crystal clear waters (one of them is very shallow).
St Spyridon view villa situated at sea level at the area of St Spyridon Beach at the NE end of Corfu some 80 mts away from the sea edge. Perithia village is about 1.5 Km away while nearest shops and restaurants are at walking distance.
Acharavi town where banks, big shops,post office,doctors,chemists, are is some 6Km away.
On our beach you can moor a boat to explore the coastline by day or go snorkelling, fishing, etc. You can also take walking trips to nearby vizantine village of Old Perithia, or the lake Antinioti. Using a car you can explore the whole island as from south to north is aprox. 90 Km long and the widest is 20 Km. We strongly advise our guests to hire mountain bikes as the area is called the cyclers paradise. Water sports are nearby (you can see them from your balcony) while golf is some 40 Km away. The closest tennis court is 500mts away at the nearby hotel resort.
