Luxury upper level condo at Clearwater condominiums on the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks with great views of the lake. $130 housekeeping fee to be left in CASH at condo on check out day. Fully furnished. 3 conforming bed rooms PLUS a loft with a bunk bed. One flat screen TV in living room, one in master bedroom, and a flat screen in loft. Fully furnished kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric range/oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Silver ware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, pots and pans, dish towels included. Washer and dryer included. Dish soap, laundry soap shower liquid soap all included. Contact owner for possible boat slips and rates for boat slips. Guests need to bring their own pool towels. 2 outdoor pools (one heated) in the condo complex. No pets and no smoking. Longer term winter rentals are available.
