Relaxing and uncrowded neighborhood with only 5 units in our complex. Recently renovated, new couches, entertainment center, new paint, new shutters, Wi-Fi & family room has new large flat screen TV with DVD player & DVD library. We have free Wi-Fi It's fully outfitted for a relaxing, fun beach vacation. You will have a beach wagon that will help you with chairs, umbrella & toys. Use the kayak, go shelling, build sand castles or just catch some rays. We have the umbrella and chairs. Just bring your bathing suit! Our brand new patio deck provides beautiful views of the beach and newly renovated pool and deck is shared with only 4 other homes and is a great place to unwind or entertain.
Why pay for a hotel, when you can have all the comforts of home while on vacation? When you enter our cottage, you will feel right at home with the cozy furnishings and comfortable atmosphere. It has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation on the beach! Our cottage is only 800 square feet, but it's clean & comfortable. We have 2 bedrooms that are both carpeted. The master room has a partial view of the beach. It has 1 king bed, dresser & closet and flat screen TV. The guest has 2 sets of sturdy bunk beds, dresser & closet with no beach view. The cottage sleeps 4-5 comfortably. But, keep in mind there is only 1 bathroom. Ideally 4 people is perfect. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided. Our family room, kitchen & bathroom are all tiled. Our kitchen has plenty of counter space for entertaining or preparation of a meal for friends and family. There is no kitchen table, but a nice bar counter or small outside table with seating overlooking the beach. We also have a portable bistro table for 2. There is a full size refrigerator, but no ice maker. Our cottage has all dishes, glassware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. We have 1 bathroom with a single sink, toilet, stand up shower does have a hand held shower head and small seat- no tub. A full size washer and dryer are are located just steps away from our cottage. Newly renovated pool area & deck. Heated pool in the winter. We also have 1 private parking space that is long enough to fit 2 SUV type cars.
