The main entry opens onto the covered front porch with barbeque grill, adjacent to the private fenced-in pool with paver deck. You will enjoy entertaining and gathering with family and friends on the first floor, with an open floor plan that includes the living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen containing the latest appliances and culinary utensils. The granite bar separating the kitchen from the dining area can serve as a buffet or as a casual dining area for four.

Your family will love the privacy of three uniquely decorated bedroom suites, each featuring a king size bed, a private bath, TV, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. One guest suite is located on the first floor. The second guest suite and the master suite are located on the second floor. The master suite has a private balcony. The master bath includes a separate shower as well as a Jacuzzi garden tub.

The third level loft features 6 twin beds, a half bath, wet bar, big flat screen TV and outside sundeck.

The large (19’ x 23’) outdoor sundeck located off of the 3rd level loft is THE place to soak up some rays or enjoy your favorite evening cocktail while catching the sensational sunsets you only get at the beach! The sundeck offers chaise lounges and a dining table with 4 chairs. Perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking in the panoramic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

From the Seahorse Cottage walk or bike (1 mile) to the must-see St. Andrews State Park nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Grand Lagoon. St. Andrews Park is the second most visited park in Florida, and is the first park to win the prestigious Awards of being named the “Best State Park in Florida” twice in a row and the “Best Beach in America” by Dr. Beach.

In addition to being the area’s top spot for diving, snorkeling, and surfing, the Park also has an amazing variety of wildlife, from whitetail deer to alligators and even the occasional manatee! Anglers enjoy fishing from the Park’s two fishing piers, the bay-to-gulf fishing jetty, and two boat launches.

Nature lovers will also want to pay a visit to Shell Island for a day of shell collecting and dolphin sightings. The island is home to hundreds of species of plants and wildlife, including endangered sea turtles!
