TOP FLORIDA's Villa Sunrise is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, a private beach area in the back with hammocks, and it convinces with its modern interior design. This incredibly beautiful Villa features an eastern exposure and a large pool & Lanai for your enjoyment. Located close to shopping & dining but very quiet in SE Cape Coral. Free Wi-Fi!

Other things to note
Please note that Villa Sunrise is located on a freshwater canal and has therefore NO access to the open water/river/Gulf of Mexico.

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we like to point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

A full-size-crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from management.

The house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $200 pet fee per dog and a pet addendum to sign.
