Other things to note
Please note that the boat lift is not available to renters, there is however plenty of space to dock your boat at the boat dock.

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay for what they use more.

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance!

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we like to point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

A full-size-crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from management.
