Our chateau is located in an exclusive subdivision of Montgomery Estates. It is located right off Pioneer Trail so it's easy to head to Heavenly or Sierra-at-Tahoe. The house is newly remodeled with over 3800 sq ft of living space in 7br and 4.5ba. We are 2 miles from Heavenly, 3 miles from the lake and 4 miles to the casinos. Our home is equipped with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, gas grill, and a brand new hot tub for 8. Located nearby are hiking trails and access to Trout Creek.

The space
Our home is a spacious 7BR/4.5BA located right off Pioneer Trail. The main living area has 55" HD TV with cable and BluRay player. The first floor is newly remodeled with all wood flooring. The new kitchen has a large wood countertop island and new stainless steel appliances. We have a 36" professional style cooktop with chimney hood.

We have a brand new 8 person hot tub with 88 Jets and a waterfall. There is lots of fun for all with a full size pool table and a tornado foosball table. A ping pong table is also available for use in our large 3 car garage. We have lots of books for those that like to read and board games for those that like to play.

We have lots of outdoor space as our home is located on a double lot. We have a new propane grill situated on our back deck. Six of the bedrooms are located upstairs while the last bedroom is converted from our study room on the main floor. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
