Our home is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, close to everything! There is a golf course across the street. The lake is less than a mile away and Heavenly resort and the casinos are within 2 miles. The house is 3000+ sq ft 5BR/3BA with 2 master suites. We have a pool/ping pong table, hot tub, HDTV with BluRay, WIFI, and Gas BBQ. All prices include 12% city occupancy tax.

The space
Our house is literally right in the middle of South Lake Tahoe. The house is located within walking distance to the lake (1 mile) or the main strip in South Lake Tahoe (0.5 mile). There is a municipal golf course across the street. We are 2 miles from Heavenly ski resort and the casinos in Nevada. There is a bus stop about one quarter mile away from our house that will take you to heavenly village. Sierra at Tahoe is about fifteen minutes away and Kirkwood ski resort is a half hour drive. The casinos in Nevada are also 2 miles away.

There is a huge deck on the second floor that has a view of the Bijou Golf Course right across the street. In the backyard, we have a 6 person hot tub as well as a propane BBQ grill. There is also a game area with a full size pool table, which can be converted to a ping pong table. We also have lots of board games and a poker table for your enjoyment.

The kitchen consists of all stainless steel appliances with plenty of counter space for those who like to cook. We have a dining table with seating for 10.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Our 2 master suites are huge each with a couch and large TV. There are 3 bathrooms all tastefully redone with granite countertops and large custom showers lined with travertine stone tiles. The upstairs area also contains a nice loft area for relaxing or playing games.

We have put in a large number of beds, which is perfect for large groups or multiple families with kids:

The 12% occupancy tax is included in the price. You may park up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. During the winter months, you may not park on the street due to snow plowing. Cleaning fee is extra and we use professional cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the home.
