Southern Grace is an extravagant manor which simply takes your breath away. One of the largest beachfront rentals in the country, this house has a unique design through and through, evident when you first approach. However, once you really take a look around, the magnificence of it becomes clear. Outside, you will enjoy the Tiki Bar, large in-ground pool (32'x14'-heated for a fee), dance floor, 4 showers and ample covering from the weather’s elements-perfect for shade in the summer time or providing the covering for your wedding. Don’t worry about privacy; Southern Grace is built on over an acre of land, making private parties or family fun that much more intimate.

Every bedroom has its own TV, while there are massive TVs installed in the common areas. These are Roku TVs so bring your logins. Need internet? Not a problem. Lightning fast 500 Mbps of Wi-Fi access is indeed available at your fingertips. There is a game table and a foosball table for additional entertainment and fun, And outside, enjoy corn hole, basketball (bring your own ball), ring toss, etc.

Take your appetite to the extra, extra-large, luxurious kitchen area, where 3 refrigerators, 3 state-of-the-art ovens, 3 microwaves, and a 10-burner cooktop make you feel like you’re on the set of a Kitchen Network show. After dinner (there is dinning seating for 47 and more if you use the couches), explore the popular beverage serving area.

*To book, 30% down (plus fees and taxes). Half of the rest 90 days out and final payment 60 days from arrival.

*Sunday to Sunday rental (7-night minimum) during summer season (great so you don't hit the Saturday rental turnover traffic). Other check-in days okay outside of the summer. If paying the dog fee, must be a non shedding dog.

*To see accurate rates, search on Sunday to Sunday. Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday (or Friday to Monday Mem/Labor Day weekends-Xmas/New Years varies). Those are the only days you can book. I can custom adjust your dates, non summer, from there but those days of the week are the only ones that show the correct pricing. Prices accurate to Dec. 2027 (ask about pricing beyond that).

*We highly encourage you to buy trip insurance in case your plans change. Large groups plan far in advance to get on everyone’s schedule. And with so many people, things can change or hurricane’s can come. We have little ability to re-rent for you to get your money back for any last minute changes so best to purchase trip insurance. It costs 7% for standard insurance or 10.8% for Cancel For Any Reason insurance (covers you for everything as you do not need a reason). After you book I can send a link to these options.
