30 day minimum rental.
5 bedrooms offer 3 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 Twins (which can be converted into an additional King) to sleep 10 comfortably. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms except the twin bedroom. 2-Story home with a Queen bedroom and full bath on the 1st level. 3 full baths throughout. South facing backyard with a heated pool*** and spa, Built in BBQ, wood burning outdoor fire-pit. All of this is located in sought after Kierland, walking distance to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, golf, spa, shopping, dining, nightlife and movies.
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Please note $300/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure.
***Pets allowed with approval only.
***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total Gross Rent for the reservation. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus the cleaning fee, and any pool heating fees paid. NO refunds for early departures.
