This 1,700 Square Feet Villa has direct ocean and pool views from every room. Enjoy sitting on a large lanai furnished with teak furniture.
This deluxe home features Sonos entertainment system, 55” flat screen Smart TV with 70 channels, TVs and DVD Players in every bedroom. There is complimentary high speed internet and wireless. For your convenience we have provided printer/fax machine.
I use this unit frequently as my 2nd home and am in the process of furnishing it with high quality furniture. I have recently purchased a very expensive Panasonic massage chair that massages your entire body, a new queen sleeper sofa that turns into an enormous flat area for a family to watch and enjoy movies (a queen size and twin size all together), all new beds and a designer coffee table (coffee table not shown in my pictures yet). More additions with the help of my designer should be complete within a few months.
Laundry amenities include washer and dryer inside the Villa. We will accommodate young families with babies with Pack-N-Play Bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 in.
The Villa has central air conditioning with a de-humidifier, ceiling fans in the living room.
The master bedroom features king size bed, queen sized beds are in the two secondary bedrooms, and a pull-out queen size sofa bed accommodates more guests in living room. The chaise part of the sofa bed can also sleep a child or smaller person.
Brand new high end mattresses were furnished this year.
Gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, Fisher Paykel dishwasher plus all cooking and dining necessities such as cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and More!

We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.
*We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation. posted.
We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only
All Instant booking reservations are subject to cancellation and/or revised pricing if made during a time where only our "standard rates" are posted.
We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.
Copies of guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards) or within 14 days of arrival if you are a new VRBO traveler. No exceptions.
