We usually have a 3-4 night minimum stay for this listing. Our Villa #211 typically has a 7 night minimum stay requirement with lower weekly rates.

This 1,700 Square Feet Villa has ocean and pool views. This deluxe home features 55” flat screen TV with 70 channels, TVs and DVD Players in every bedroom. There is complimentary high speed internet and wireless. For your convenience we have provided printer/fax machine.
Laundry amenities include a brand new oversized washer and dryer inside the Villa. We will accommodate young families with babies with Pack-N-Play Bassinet crib/playpen for babies up to 36 in.
The Villa has central air conditioning with a de-humidifier and ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, queen sized beds are in the two secondary bedrooms, a new high end pull out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress.
The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite countertops is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove cook top and oven, microwave, a new dishwasher plus all cooking and dining necessities such as cookware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and More! The kitchen is fully stocked and then some.
The Villa is located on the Turtle Bay Resort and you can use the following Resort Amenities:

You can purchase daily or weekly pass for the resort's fitness center. Currently the daily pass is $50 plus tax and weekly pass $125 plus tax. Annual memberships are also available for purchase. All amenities are subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort. Please call the hotel directly to verify.
We provide a stocked Beach Locker with the following equipment: .

9 sets of snorkel gear in different sizes, including 2 kid’s sizes and 7 adult sizes

You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $75-150 depending on the option chosen
We charge $79 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $2,000. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $2,000 you will be responsible.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.
Copies of guests drivers licenses or passports are required for last minute bookings made within 7 days of arrival (unfortunately this is necessary as we have had guests pay with stolen credit cards) or within 14 days of arrival if you are a new VRBO traveler. No exceptions.
We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions.
*There is 4 night minimum unless the unit is still available a few days prior to arrival or unless there are fewer days available in between bookings.
**We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance and rates are only displayed under our "standard rate" please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation. posted.
We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only
All Instant booking reservations are subject to cancellation and/or revised pricing if made during a time where only our "standard rates" are posted.
