We are located on the south end of the island in a more relaxed family atmosphere, across the street from the beach!!! We are convenient to Santini Plaza which has nine restaurants (including an ice cream shop!), post office, CVS drug store, book store, hardware store, clothing stores and miscellaneous other shops.
We have one of the larger beach houses. It offers three bedrooms (two split from the master) and two full-size baths. The master has a private bath with a whirlpool tub and double sinks. The master has a king-size bed, the other bedrooms have a king and two twins. The master has a TV/DVD with remote, the second bedroom also has a king-size bedroom has a TV. The twin bedroom has a TV with remote and DVD/CD player. We have cable and wireless internet. We do offer self-inflated air mattresses for parties larger than six. There is one queen and two twins.
The house has a 20-foot by 30-foot tiled great room. It has a large 37' LCD with Samsung DVD/VCR/DVR home theater. We have wifi for your computer. The kitchen offers full-size appliances including refrigerator with ice maker. The microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and oven/range will help make you feel right at home, and the full-size washer and dryer will make those extended stays easier.
The screened lanai overlooks the in-ground heated and screened swimming pool. The pool is 12/ x27 feet long. The electric pool heater will automatically turn on and keep the water at 85 degrees. It is easy to pass the drinks and food through the service window from the kitchen. There is a second outside entertainment area around the pool with table,chairs and gas grill.
Although 2 garages are pictured, only 1 car garage is available for the tenants. The lower level of this house is for personal storage. The entire upper level of this private home is for your use.
Our house has 'peek a boo' views of the gulf and is just across the street from the beach. The beautiful white sand beach is a stone's throw from our house. It is nice to come back from the beach and cool off in your own private pool. It is about a 6-7 minute leisurely walk from the house down a designated beach access to having your toes in the sand.
