Poinciana, which fits 8 guests, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully remodeled, and is surrounded by tropical vegetation. We also have a heated pool for your enjoyment. It's a 4 minute walk to the beach, with beach chairs to take with you.
The duplex home can be rented as a whole: 5 bedrooms 3 baths (see Palm View listing description #802821 ),which can accommodate 12.

The space
You can rent Poinciana: just the side of the duplex with three bedrooms (one with a King size bed, one with Queen bed and one bedroom with two twins) along with a pull out sleeping sofa and a single sleeping day bed. This side has two full baths and a heated pool. You have the option to rent the whole house or the apartment, which includes one bedroom, one bathroom and a murphy bed. Up to 8 people can sleep in the big house, Poinciana, and 4 people can sleep in the apartment, Palm View. If you rent both Poinciana and Palm view, a total of 12 people can sleep there. Of course, you can rent individually, Palm view or Poinciana. The best part of the location is that the beach is a five minute walk away. Poinciana is a rambler home no steps, is one floor layout

Guest access
The beach is just a block away 578 feet. The house is also one block 528 from Mound Key & Mound House. Time square entertainment area just 1.5 miles away. Activities such as canoeing, kayaking, restaurants, shops and marinas are all within 2 miles. The parking lot is also big enough for a boat, if you have one and wish to bring it to Fort Myers.
