Palm View is the smaller half of a duplex located on Mid Island, beautifully decorated, this 1Br/1 full bath cabana has an open floor plan one large kitchen and living room area. This duplex has one bedroom (king size bed), sofa bed (full) full bath, can easily accommodate up to 4 people. Just steps to beach, the home is surrounded by tropical vegetation and features a hot tub. Dog friendly for pets no more than 30 lbs and with a $100 non refundable fee no cats please.

The space
You can rent the cabana (Palm View) or the whole entire home (Poinciana), one block from miles of sugar sand beaches, the beach access is #22 (Connecticut). This area is in close in to the downtown Times Square area (1.5 mile) the hub of the beach activity and nightlife on FMB or go 1.2 miles south for a movie, shopping and great restaurants at Santini Marina Plaza.

Guest access
This is a one level home. No stairs. Large parking lot. Separate entrance for each Duplex.
