Our luxury townhouse is only a couple of minutes walk from all the resort facilities and comprises of the following:

Living Room
The living room has a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa and a large coffee table. For your entertainment we have provided a Flat-Screen TV and DVD player.

Dining Area
Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the dining area and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. Kids will love the bar-stools over the nook area.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!! The breakfast bar provides additional seating on bar stools for 3. We have even provided an infant high chair for your little one.

Laundry Facilities
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and an iron for your convenience – leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase at the excellent designer outlet malls!!

Ground Floor Half Bathroom
This bathroom nestled under the stairs next to the laundry room features a single vanity unit and a WC.

Master Bedroom
This wonderful contemporary styled bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space. This bedroom has its own Flat-Screen TV with DVD, alarm clock radio and telephone. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a single vanity unit, bath with walk-in shower cubicle and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a Cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

Bedroom 3
This kids bedroom features twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Family Bathroom
This bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 & 3, features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

Baby Equipment
We have provided a pack and play cot (crib) for your everyday convenience.

Additional Features
We have provided protected high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the property – just bring your laptop. All local, national and international telephone calls are included so you can keep in touch with loved ones back home and not worry about the cost.

All our villas can be accessed via a secure keyless access code or electronic lock or lock box feature. Access to community is free but guests are required to put a $20 (approx) refundable deposit to obtain an electronic key card which acts as a FastPass to the community at the guard house. This $20 deposit will be refunded to guests when they return the keycard during clubhouse business hours on the day of their departure.
Guests will have full access to the entire townhome. They will also have free access to all resort community features and common areas such as Club House, Gym, Internet Café, Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Volleyball Court, Walking trials and more.
