The guest has access to the entire property except for the garage which is used for storage.

If you would like a pool heating we can provide it at a fee of $100 a day. This fee will be collected through Airbnb after your booking has been confirmed.
Once your booking is accepted you must immediately send over a picture of your ID (This should be the individual who has made the reservation on Airbnb.) This must be sent to us through the Airbnb Platform. Also, you must send the names of all the guests staying on the property to us prior to check-in through the Airbnb Platform, anyone not listed is not authorized to be on the property.
