You’ll arrive to a gated stone entrance and perfectly manicured greenery. As you enter the property, you’ll be greeted by a sprawling Italianesque manor. The grounds are tranquil and serene, so much so that you may feel as though you’ve taken a step back in time. You’ll discover many shady contemplation areas amongst the verdant lawns.
While the members of your group will appreciate the old-world ambiance of Petra Manor, your technology experience is thoroughly cutting edge. A Savant Smart Home system controls music, lights and air conditioning simply.
A two-story stone entrance with neutral decor and brightly-colored artwork provides a dramatic welcome.
A wine cellar and tasting room provides more than sufficient room for your favorite vintages. An enormous dedicated theater room is an exciting focal point of the home. Complete with a near movie theater size screen and surround sound system, you’ll enjoy an abundance of plush furniture and a roaring fireplace. Savor an apres movie cocktail in the lounge, complete with bar seating, an enormous sectional sofa, fireplace and access to the lovely grounds.
Your would-be ballerina will find her nirvana right on-site, with a full-size dance studio.
For those guests who must attend to business matters, a separate office allows for your privacy, while providing beautiful views to the manor grounds.
The kitchen is a culinary wonder, with wide plank floors, recessed lighting and two center islands, with seating around and pendant lighting above. The family or outside chef will be in his or her element here, with Sub-zero refrigerator and freezers, a walk-in refrigerator, Wolf oven and microwave, and Miele appliances. A large pantry can easily house all of your dry goods.
A keeping room just off the kitchen is a wonderful spot for casual socializing while remaining close to the kitchen and meal preparation. This room is a vision in white with walls, carpeting and furniture monochromatic with a dazzling bursts of color on the walls, an enormous flat screen TV and a luminous fireplace.
Several other gathering spaces are strategically located throughout the manor, lovely for intimate groups or larger social interactions. All feature high-end furnishings, fireplaces and large flat screen TVs.
Outdoor entertainment spaces are superlative. The fully outfitted loggia offers an outdoor kitchen, dining and living areas which merge seamlessly with the vast pool and pool cabana. A tennis court will keep your fitness regimen going. Lounge chairs and sofas dot the poolside.
With 8 bedrooms and 10 baths, you’ll find the Petra Manor embodies gracious hospitality. Multiple bedrooms suites boast generous lounge areas, with sofas, TVs and fireplaces so that each member of the party can experience privacy and solitude as they wish.

Property Manager collects funds directly after booking. Supplemental terms need to be signed. Payment options include Credit with a 2.99% credit card processing fee or bank wire at no additional fee. $2500 security deposit is collected after booking.
Early Check-In Fees - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee of $100 per hour for checking-in between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m. Early check-in must be approved in advance and in writing by any Stay Awhile Villas team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check-in is not always available*
Late Check-Out Fees Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $100 per hour for checking out between 10am and 12pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 12:00 p.m. Late check out must be approved in advance and in writing by any Stay Awhile Villas team member and if only available upon availability.
