TRUE BLUE GOLF COURSE CONDO-5 Minutes to the Beach
When designing our home, our goal was to create a relaxing and comfortable retreat. There are multiple pools and hot tubs located within the resort with one just steps from your condo. There is a tennis court, on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the clubhouse along with a golf school for lessons from the pros. Our home is ideally located just a few minutes’ drive to Pawleys Island and Litchfield beaches, close to festivals, attractions, amusement park rides, parks, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, world class golf and so much more it is the perfect home away from home for avid golfers, beach lovers, families and snowbirds. Located in the laid back, charming atmosphere of Pawleys Island enjoy the bests of all worlds. You will find pristine beaches, southern charm and a laid back attitude, yet it is close enough to enjoy all the action and excitement that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Pawleys Island is about 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach, just a few minutes to the north of historic Georgetown, Charleston is 70 miles south of Pawleys Island and is always a fun day trip.
