Garden Suite Apartment, West Sedona

This first floor one bedroom garden apartment has its own private entrance and driveway with an fenced yard especially nice if traveling with pets. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is within walking distance of hiking trails, restaurants & shops and grocery stores in West Sedona. Posse Ground public park is two blocks away and includes a mountain bike skills park, skate park, tennis courts as well as a dog park. It is a great base to use as you explore all of the amazing beauty of Sedona.

The space
You will have your own bedroom with queen size bed firm mattress, four pillows, organic cotton sheets and walk-in closet. The bathroom has full mirrors, toilet and small shower including a travel hair dryer with 100% cotton bath towels. The kitchen has a new full size refrigerator, electric range stove (4 burners), a Bosch dishwasher,small convection oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses, plates and cutlery. There is a reverse osmosis filter system so no need to buy bottled water. The pantry has a basic collection of spices and condiments.

An additional big plus are the LG washer and dryer with eco-laundry soap.


Simply furnished, this is a wonderful, peaceful spot to return to after a day exploring all that Sedona offers.

Pets are on a case by case basis and if approved there is an extra fee $50.Two dogs are $70

Guest access
Guests have access to the fenced back yard with a seasonal veg garden and fruit trees. Good enclosure if you have a dog!

Other things to note
This is a basement garden unit with lots of light in the living room through double french doors.
The guest gets the entire downstairs driveway for their vehicle.
The downstairs is heated and cooled through a central system thermostat that is upstairs. Let me know if you need an adjustment. There are additional radiator heaters in the bedroom and living room for temperature management.
In addition to air conditioning for the heat, there are overhead fans to move the air.
