The space
This is one of the best neighborhoods. Easy access to stores, walk to the Brewery, or just hang out in the backyard. Amazing space, serene. Hiking just down the block where you can hike thousands of red rock acres.

Guest access
The whole backyard is yours. Upstairs guests will not go down there. You also have access to the laundry room during the hours of 9-5

Other things to note
This is a downstairs unit and even though the ceiling has sound proofing, footsteps and louder noises may be heard. We have asked for the vacation rental guests upstairs to be considerate and we ask that you do the same.
