Detailed Description of This House
The Diamond on the Island is a house built and furnished for the traveler who demands the highest quality standards. Two stop signs and two traffic lights, a 10-minute drive, separate you from Disney property!
Your Magical Vacation starts when you see the dramatic palm tree-lined entrance with the beautiful foliage leading up to the security gates. Then you see the dolphin fountains and the very popular Clubhouse.

The “Diamond on the Island” has 6 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 18. The 4 Master Suites with King Size beds and private baths allow several couples to have their necessary privacy. The 2 children’s bedrooms each have 2 twin-beds. They share a full-bath between them.
The entire house is decorated in an elegant manner with upscale furnishing providing a warm and homey atmosphere. As you enter the house, you are presented with a beautiful Burgundy Sofa and a Cocktail Table in the cozy Living Room. The floor in all downstairs rooms is tiled that allows you and your guests to relax, except for the Master Suite that has high quality vinyl plank flooring. A few steps in and you are at the Dining Room with its double pedestal dining table and six high-backed upholstered chairs. The Grand Foyer Table with Marble top provides the majestic piece for the hallway leading into the Kitchen and Family Room.
As you enter the Kitchen and Family Room area, you are overcome by the vaulted ceiling in the Family Room with its 18 feet long ceiling to floor drapes professionally made with the beautiful butterfly fabric and the 8 feet wide glass doors out to the pool deck from both the Kitchen and the Family Room. The two full size leather couches facing the 50-inch LED Smart TV invite you to relax on their four power-reclining seats. The fully stocked Kitchen invites you to skip the fuss of going to restaurants and instead enjoy the pool and house.

The 40-foot wide roof over the first 10 feet of pool deck (Lanai) provides an outdoor area rain or shine! The two ceiling speakers allow you to enjoy music from the Family Room stereo without disturbing those inside possibly watching TV. You could then step into the 15 x 30-foot crystal clear water of the heated pool or really relax in the 105-degree Jacuzzi, or you can just lay back on one of our comfortable loungers. The pool and lanai are South-facing which give you sun all day long, with the option of staying under the Lanai for shade. The pool has an easily removable safety fence providing extra protection for young children.
Sleeping accommodations at the Diamond on the Island are exceptional. The 4 king-size beds and 4 twin-size beds have extraordinarily comfortable mattresses and are fitted with high quality bedding sets that make sleeping a true pleasure. All bedrooms have Samsung LED HD Smart flat screen TVs and ceiling fans to provide the ultimate comfort.
For the person who must do some work while away, the Loft has a beautiful desk and a very comfortable chair where any work, with or without a computer, can be done. Lastly, there is a Security System that monitors and controls many different actions to make your stay more comfortable and most importantly secure.
The exquisite Emerald Island Resort Clubhouse of 4,000 square feet has a heated pool and spa, fitness room, sauna, Tiki Bar, gathering room and computers with free unlimited internet access. Outside of the Clubhouse there are two playgrounds onsite, a volleyball court, basketball courts, tennis courts and a nature walking trail.
