This raised ranch bungalow is situated 20 miles west of Toronto with close access to highways and beside the countryside. A car rental is necessary to get to your destinations. Summer time; A private heated pool, trampoline and park with equipment for children right through the back yard gate.

Winter activities include Glen Eden ski/snowboard centre just 10 minutes away where you can rent all equipment and get lessons for all levels of ability!

It's a great location to relax with 2 gas fireplaces, with a push of a button you have instant warmth and beauty with no carting of wood from outside.

Halton Conservation Parks are 10 minutes away, where you can walk/cross country ski. There are lots of tobogganing hills close by from easy to expert located in town or experts in Lowville.

Shopping is across the street. Rail service and GO bus into Toronto is within walking distance.

There are 2 washer and dryers to make laundry a breeze.

The surrounding countryside has quaint villages where local Mennonites sell their quilts; the Lion Safari that is famous for its interactive drive through is 10 minutes away. There is horse racing and gambling at Mohawk Raceway and Casino; horseback riding in local forests: snow skiing/boarding, hiking, biking (there are 2 children's and 2 adult bikes) and rock climbing in the nearby Halton Conservation Authority; fishing in the local waterways. The Town of Milton has indoor ice skating year round, bring your skates. Within an hours drive are Niagara Falls and the forts and shops of Niagara-on-the-Lake. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 king size, 1 queen and a set of bunk beds and 1 queen size bed on the lower level, 3 full bathrooms, DVD, gas BBQ so you always have gas at the critical time, plus a propane bbq beside the carport so you can bbq when it rains/snows, all year round.

No dogs are allowed.

The local farmers market on Main street from May 24 until the end of October. The local airport,10 minutes away to hire a plane to tour the CN tower. The Ranch provides horseback/pony riding. Conservation Halton has many locations. Mountsberg-Birds of Prey; Crawford Lake-Indian village; Hilton Falls-feed birds by hand& bike trails; Glen Eden-Skiing/snowboarding instuction; Kelso-swim at sandy beach/rentboats; Rattlesnake-hike/bike scenic escarpment. African Lion Safari is 20 km & has bus rides through the park.
