Welcome to Lolly's Cottage, a beautiful escape tucked away next to the Finger Lakes National Forest with over 100 feet of private lake frontage. Our cottage has the ultimate privacy with no visible near neighbors! Eagles, Heron, Ducks and Geese nest just to our south towards Caywood Point. Located in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail; this post and beam vintage cottage is a wine lover's dream.

We have a large kitchen with breakfast bar, reclaimed butcher block countertops, ceramic cooktop and farmhouse sink.

The open floor plan combines living and dining space that open out to the huge front porch through French doors. Sleep well on memory foam mattresses and the sound of the lake in the background.

If you like grilling, take your pick of the gas grill or charcoal grill.

Drop down to the lake to the 70 foot dock and private beach. Sunbathe, swim, kayak or boat. The dock is equipped with a boat hoist that can fit up to a 20 foot boat with public launch access to the north off of 414 at Lodi Point. In the boat house you will find kayaks, beach chairs and life jackets.

Prohibited:

No fires- please not on the beach, not in the charcoal pit. We are in the woods. No pets. No candles. No smoking.
