We are taking No resort fee (which is $45 value/night).

Direct access to the beach! New Pool renovated at hotel in 2025. Daily free pools towels provided at pool and beach. (This is great because you don't have to do laundry). Snack bar and alcoholic beverages available for purchase at the pool. Tikki bar and ping pong available to play at pool.

Location & Getting around:
Blocks from Miami Beach boardwalk, South Beach, Lincoln Road, 10 minutes to Bal Harbour. Also near the Fontainebleau Hotel & Eden Roc Resort. Free Trolley. Trolley runs up & down collins. Stops right outside of the building and comes very frequently.
