Wonderful vintage waterfront home on Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford with amazing views and a large sandy beach! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a guesthouse with 1 bedroom and bath and washer and dryer for your convenience. The owners provides two kayaks for your use along with a private dock. So much to do and see from this awesome rental home... A gas grill is provided for your summer BBQ enjoyment as well. Enjoy a night out, (close by) to watch a show at the Meadowbrook concert venue which is right down the road and have dinner at Patrick's Pub before the show! You must have an ice cream from Sawyer's which is right down the road as well! Dogs allowed for a $150 per dog fee, with a two dog maximum. SLEEPS 10! PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served.
