The third room offers two bunk beds, it is next to the bathroom, and can accommodate four people.  The fourth bedroom has three bunk beds, being able to host six people. The sleep-in sofa in the living room turns into a bed as well for extra guests.

The house is tastefully decorated and fully supplied with Kitchen amenities. The living room has the sleep-in sofa with Satellite Cable. The house offers free Laundry washers and dryer. There is a dining room in the kitchen, as well as outside on the patio. The Patio offers an outside grill. There is free wifi available as well. There is available parking at the house, as well as free street parking. For more guests the second unit of the property is available and can sleep seven more.
