We welcome you to stay at our newly renovated independent upper unit, in this historic house on the heart of Miami. Located on a quiet street, the house is walking distance from various activities and a short drive from Brickell, Wynwood, and South Beach.

The house was recently renovated, with new appliances, furniture and amenities. This unit offers two comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms and great natural lighting. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, capable of hosting two. The second bedroom offers accommodations for up to four people, with two bunk beds. In total, this cozy unit can host up to seven people with the addition of the sofa bed.

Catch some sun rays, and enjoy our tropical Miami weather at our beautiful tropical zen mix garden.The garden offers an ideal gathering place, with an available gas barbecue and a dining table.This area is shared only with Unit A on the first floor. This historic house offers the perfect amenities for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or a friend reunion.

If you decide to rent both units the house can accommodate up to fourteen people.
