Layout and specifics: This gorgeous modern property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and 4 has 3 bunk beds. With the sofa bed it can accommodate a maximum of 13 people. We understand that some of our guests may want to maximize the amount of time they spend soaking up the Miami sun so we've got you covered. The house has a HUGE patio to enjoy a nice barbecue with all the necessary seating arrangements. Includes WiFi, cable, linens, towels, cook-wear, etc... Free parking in the driveway and parallel to the street. We ensure that the house is very clean before renting it to our guests. Ideal for people looking to stay close to the beach without all the traffic and hefty parking prices.
