We welcome you to stay at our newly renovated modern cottage in the heart of Miami. Located on a quiet street in Little Havana, the property is walking distance from various activities and a short 2 minute drive from Brickell, near Wynwood and South Beach. The area is filled with culture, restaurants, bars and overall just amazing vibes, it's become a hotspot for locals and tourists alike. The property was purchased in 2016 and we finished renovations in July of 2017.

Includes new appliances, furniture and amenities such as a private deck and pool. This unit offers two comfortable bedrooms with one bathroom and great natural lighting. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, capable of hosting two. The second bedroom offers accommodations for up to four people, with two bunk beds and in the Living Room we provide a Sofa Bed. In total, this cozy unit can host up to seven people comfortably. Included in this property are all the basics such as linens, towels, cookware, wifi/cable, washer/dryer, etc... (refer to amenities section to get a better idea of what we provide) We also focus on cleanliness as well as making the space cozy to ensure that it feels like home for our guests.
