We are on the southside of 30A across from Seacrest Beach. Once through the Iron Gate, You will know that you have arrived somewhere Exclusive and Special! The Brick paved street is lined with Palm trees that lead you to the beach and beachfront pool!

Our unit is uniquely located just 60 steps from the oceanfront private pool and 100 steps to the beach boardwalk. Why take a tram or shuttle to the beach when you can walk from our Bungalow.

Walk to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach town squares. Dozens of boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, brew pub, wine bars, coffee shops, pizza & ice cream for kiddos. Bike to Seaside or Seagrove, golf at famous Camp Creek or a short drive up to Destins Baytowne Wharf.
