The Property:
The Master bedroom features a king size bed, full bath and shower. The second bedroom is equally impressive with a 1 queen bed and updated furnishings. The third bedroom also has 1 queen bed and updated furnishings as well.
Start your mornings making breakfast in your own fully equipped kitchen and sitting down at the dining room ( seats 6 ) to eat and plan your day. You may choose to take your breakfast and a cup of coffee to the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze.
After you spend your days lounging at our swimming pool, people-watching at the beach, located just a short one-block walk from the property, or golfing at a nearby course, you can unwind in the spacious living room! The couch and love seat is a perfect place for your group to sit and chat, play games, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. All guests must agree to adhere to all of our HOA rules & regulations during their stay. To ensure that everyone has a parking space, we have a strict parking policy that prohibits trailers & rented golf carts, mopeds, etc. No Pets, no smoking.
***Per HOA policy, we do not rent to groups of students or singles under the age of 25.
