Villa Calinda is a nice cozy house that leaves nothing to be desired.
From the large covered terrace and pool you have a great view of the canal, which invites you to relax and enjoy the unforgettable sunset. The villa is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral on a plot of 1100 m2 and has a habitable surface of 180 m2.
The living room has an open American kitchen with all amenities. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, followed by a fully equipped bathroom. There are 2 guest bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a queen bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is directly accessible from the covered terrace.
Bed linen, towels and beach sheets are provided in the house.

Despite the quiet location, the house is centrally located. Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, the Cape Coral Yacht Club, fishing pier, beach, restaurants, golf courses and shopping centers are in close proximity.
The beautiful beaches of Ft Myers and Sanibel are about 30 minutes by car.

Our house is located on a saltwater canal, has its own boat pier with boat (which is also for rent).
By boat you are in 30 minutes on the river, from there you can easily get to the gulf of Mexico and the beautiful beaches of Picnic Island, Sanibel and Captiva.
With a little luck you can see Dolphins, Manatees and many bird species.
There are also many restaurants accessible by boat ...... The Perfect Holiday.
