Enjoy long sunsets and intimacy with friends and family in the apartment of your dreams, 10 minutes away from the beach.
The unit has two separate and opposed bedrooms, each one coming with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. They are united by a spacious living room giving on the kitchen, the laundry room and the balcony.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a TV and the second bedroom contains 2 double size beds. The living room has 2 sofas, one of which is a queen size sleeper sofa, a TV and a dining section with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully featured with a fridge, stove, microwave, double sink, and a dishwasher along with the necessary utensils and dishware to fill it up. The laundry room features both a washing and a drying machine, and the balcony, the chairs and table necessary for appreciating the majesty of each sunset.

High speed Wi-Fi access, television cable and calls in the US and Canada are provided free of charge.

The apartment is located in the Avalon gated community on the 3rd and last floor of a walkup building. This means both a vaulted ceiling and that nothing will be trampling over your heads.
For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.
We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper.
The building is located 2 minutes away from the community pool, gym room and clubhouse, and particularly well established and easily accessible within the complex.

The complex itself is in a choice spot as well. It has a restaurant with fresh food for all tastes in its immediate vicinity and, right on the other side of the street, a shopping center constituted among others of a Big Lots convenience store, a Publix supermarket, a Dollar Tree and a drug store.

Rates are based on 4 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.
Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID for short term rental application with the complex's administration.
For everyone's safety we have an outdoor surveillance camera covering the front door only.
