Loretta Lynn ranch just 30 miles from the property just off I-40. There are 40 acres of woodlands with walking trails and creeks. Deer and turkey abound for the hunters. Duck hunters come from all over the U.S. to hunt on the great Kentucky Lake/Tennessee river. The lake and river are just 2 miles from the property. Birdsong Marina (2 miles from property) has boat rentals for fishing, swimming or relaxing on a pontoon boat cruise.

Many people visit Elvis Presley's Graceland home in Memphis. The Grand Old Oprey is a favorite. Don't miss the Discovery Park in Union City Tennessee about one hour drive. It is a 100 million dollar indoor and outdoor museum featuring the best of America.
