On 2 acres of preservation property, attracting a flock of Cayman Brac parrots from the bluff to feed nearly every afternoon, Seafan Meadows offers you a wonderfully private seclusion (no neighbors in sight,) while being handy to wherever you might (ad)venture. You're not alone if you wish for fishing, diving or offshore snorkling. Fantastic excursions await with a boat trip, with Derwin. a lifelong local fisherman, you can arrange fishing, boating or snorkeling trips directly with him.

Wade off the beach to snorkel the near-shore reef, kayak out a short way to view the sea fan meadow, and the drop-off.
