We are ready to host after the hurricanes. Welcome to Anna Maria Island. We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida.

Our 2BR/1BA condo located only 100 flip-flop steps from the Gulf beach on Anna Maria Island. Our condo offers a great location in a quiet neighborhood - just a few flip flop steps away from gorgeous sunsets and a short trolley ride to the famous Bridge street and all the other island attractions. Living area includes new 50" (2024) large SMART TV with Cable, Master bedroom has a queen bed and 40" smart TV with Roku. Second bedroom has new twin beds and 20" flat screen TV with ROKU Stick. The twin beds can be modified to make a king!

Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free trolley gives rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel.
