Our fully-furnished, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in the Surfside Club and is a quiet 4th floor corner unit with wonderful views of the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway (Halifax River). The Surfside Club Condominium building, pool, and grounds are well maintained. Our condo includes wi-fi.

Comfortable, Private Bedrooms
The condo sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

The Master Bedroom Suite includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, spacious dressing area and makeup counter, large closet, and ensuite bath with a tub/shower. Located on the beachside, it offers wonderful ocean views and has a sliding glass door out to the balcony. Room-darkening drapes are ideal for sleeping in and for reducing nighttime illumination out to the beach during sea turtle nesting season.
The Guest Bedroom features two twin beds, a comfortable reading chair, a TV, and is adjacent to the second bathroom with shower.
Spacious Dining and Living Room

The Dining Area, living room and master bedroom all have expansive views of the of the beach. Sit at the counter on one of four comfortable swivel bar stools for a casual bite, or enjoy the dining table with ocean and Intercoastal Waterway views. The table seats 5-6 and has a dimmable overhead chandelier.
The Living Room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and newer furniture including a sofa bed, loveseat, recliner, and swivel reading chair. We have a landline phone, and wi-fi is available throughout the condo.
Well-stocked Kitchen
When you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the tools you need to create your favorite meals. Kitchen appliances include: a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, hand mixer, and blender. You’ll also find a full array of pots and pans, baking and cooking dishes, plates, cups, glasses, serving dishes, flatware, knives, and more. Oceanfront Balcony
Complete with patio chairs and tables, the balcony provides the perfect place for you to enjoy your tea or coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise, shorebirds, waves, and beachcombers. It’s equally ideal for sipping wine or your favorite beverage in the evening while listening to the roar of the surf and watching the moon and stars over the ocean.

Other Items Provided
Bed linens, comforters, blankets, pillows, towels, Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fan, space heater, and two beach chairs.

Parking
Our condo has a dedicated single-car garage close to the building for keeping your car cool and out of the sun. Additional uncovered, on-site parking is also available.

Heated Pool
Surfside Club has a main pool (heated in the winter); a kiddie pool; tables, umbrellas and chaise lounges; and an outdoor shower for washing off sand and salt water from the beach. There is direct beach access through the lobby and pool area.

Secure Access and On-site Management
Surfside Club’s secure access is controlled and limited to owners and renters. A Surfside Club Manager is on site Monday through Friday, from 9:30-12:00, and 12:30 to 3:30 pm. Her office is in the main floor lobby. You must register with the office upon arrival.

Directions
Surfside Club is located on the beach about six miles east of Interstate 95. Go east on CR 421 (Dunlawton Street) to Atlantic Avenue, turn right, and go south about ¼ mile. The Surfside Club is easily identifiable by its blue roof.
