It has it's own private pickle ball, tennis, bocce, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. The oversized, screened in lanai has a heated pool, heated spa & summer kitchen. 12 ft. high hedges provide complete privacy. Additional features include a dining area, sleeper sofa and great room with entertainment center, (large flat screen smart TV) & lanai, and well equipped newly renovated kitchen.

All bedrooms have an overhead light with 3 speed fans, flat screen TVs. The den is equipped with a high speed internet connection and the spacious master suite has been completely refurnished.

There is a pool alarm in place for your safety. All sporting equipment (bikes, tennis rackets, basketball, four sets of golf clubs, bocce, pickle ball and shuffleboard equipment, life preservers and pool toys) are included and the laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
