This 3-level home has a lower level garage that has been converted a fantastic gathering spot with a large wetbar seating for 8, some comfy couches, TV, Ms. Pacman game, wood burning fireplace.  Open the garage door and enjoy the beautiful Black Hills evenings. Right outside the garage is a private hot tub that can seat 6-7 people.  You also have a full bathroom just off the garage with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs to the main house level you will find a welcoming, open floor plan with kitchen and living area.  The kitchen has everything you need to make meals.  There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and the 3rd is a bunk room with 2 sets of full-size bunk beds.  Climb up the ladder to a loft with 2 twin beds and you'll find another sleeping space off the bunk room with a queen bed.

Smart TV's, Wifi, Private Hot tub, BBQ Grill, and walking distance to the slopes make this a great home-away-from-home.  The fabulous deck off the back is the perfect spot to relax under the trees with your morning coffee!  Best Sturgis Rally Garage!
