Walk in to an open floor plan with a modern kitchen featuring an expansive center island, perfect for preparing and having family meals.   The living room has a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV for enjoying ball games and movie nights "at home".  The main floor also boasts a King ensuite bedroom, large laundry room and half bath.

The downstairs offers a large family space with a flat screen TV, comfy couch, poker table, arcade style game machine and a full bathroom.  For your sleeping comfort, there is another King ensuite bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a futon bed.

If you don't want to be inside, there is a large covered deck off the main floor with outdoor seating, a fire table, gas grill and beautiful, picturesque views. The walk out patio downstairs has a 6 person hot tub and stylish picnic table.  This property also features a pull through driveway with extra space for your trailer, making loading and unloading your toys and gear a breeze.

Located in Powder House Pass, this home allows you to walk out the door and hike/bike/snowmobile/ATV right from the house! Just minutes away you will find the colorful towns of Lead and Historic Deadwood where you can explore mining claims, watch a gun fight, even ride in a stage coach.  But that’s not all that is out your back door as you will be located in the heart of the recreation corridor in the stunning Northern Black Hills! The Mickelson Trail and Snowmobile Trail #5 are adjacent to Powder House Pass on it’s eastern and western edges. The road to the Terry Peak Ski Area is just a five minute drive.  Looking to take in some sightseeing? Spearfish Canyon, with its beautiful rim-rock ledges and mountain streams, offers great rock climbing, hiking and trout fishing and is just a short drive away, too! Mt. Rushmore, Keystone and Hill City are 45 minutes away along a picturesque highway and you are only 20 minutes from Sturgis and the Sturgis Bike Rally!
